SIBL Scholarship 2019 Terms of application:

The following papers shall be attached to the application form, as verified by the Head / Department Head of the present educational institution:

• The 3 copies of the applicant and the freshly taken photo of the parent or guardian must be properly enclosed at the specified place on the application form.
• Verified photocopy of Transcript / mark sheet to SSC / HSC.
• Verified photocopy of SSC / HSC side testimonial.
• Verified photocopy of SSC / HSC examination registration card and admit card.
• Student ID Card / Certificate of Receipt and Verified Photocopy of Admission Receipt obtained by the student / student’s current undergraduate education institute.
• Photocopy of National Identity Card with the student’s birth registration certificate, as well as the father or mother’s photo.
• If there is a parent, parent or guardian job of the student, the details of the income from the concerned officer of the concerned institution, in other cases, the officer of the 1st grade Gazette, ward commissioner or UP chairman.
